 ## FAQs

#### What type of truck insurance do I need and how much does it cost?

We require physical damage and proof of $1 million laden non-trucking liability OR physical damage and laden non-trucking liability insurance through Panther (5.5% FMV / 52 = cost per week) + $45.00 per week non-trucking liability + $10.00 per week for liability limiter.

#### What about occupational accident insurance?

We require proof of worker’s compensation/occupational accident insurance OR you may purchase at orientation for $35.70 weekly per driver.

#### How do I get the permits I need?

All annual permits are free and included in your binder when you complete orientation.

#### Does Panther supply toll passes? Will I be reimbursed if I pay for tolls myself?

Assistance is reimbursed after load completion with weekly settlements. Reimbursement is paid at the reduced rate of the toll passes. Panther does not supply toll passes.
