Through several programs and partnerships, we’re investing in our people and in local and higher education to help strengthen the current and future workforce. ### Educational Assistance Program ArcBest reimburses a percentage of the costs associated with higher education to help financially support full-time employees pursuing a degree. ### PEAK Innovation Center ArcBest [invested $1 million in the Peak Innovation Center](https://investors.arcb.com/news-events/news/News-Details/2021/ArcBest-Announces-Investment-In-Peak-Innovation-Center-05-07-2021/) — a state-of-the-art education center that delivers cutting-edge, technical and career training to high school students. ### Educational Match Program To help enhance higher education, ArcBest matches employee donations from $100 up to $5,000 to any primary, secondary, two- and four-year college or university. ### Partners in Education Programs Through Partners in Education, we devote time to students through in-person mentoring and STEM activities. ### Employee Dependent Scholarship Program To assist dependents of employees who plan to continue their education, [ArcBest established a scholarship program,](https://learnmore.scholarsapply.org/arcbest/) in partnership with Scholarship America®. ## Positively impacting the world through our employees and the causes they care about Through education and awareness, strategic partnerships and community relationships, we provide resources and support to causes that assist underserved communities, programs and organizations.
